From leading global teams in the corporate world to walking alongside individuals in their personal and professional growth, my path has been one of transformation and discovery. I’ve come to see that true leadership is not only about knowledge or skill, but about listening inwardly, trusting what we find, and allowing life’s natural flow to guide the way. For me, real leadership and growth arise when an open heart, intuitive wisdom, and lived experience come together.
For many years, I worked in the fast-paced corporate world, managing teams across multiple countries and holding executive positions. But despite the successes and rewards, something was missing. My curiosity about intuition and how it could impact the way we lead, especially in business, began to grow. I realized that, while facts are important, relying only on them closes off the more subtle, powerful guidance that intuition provides. This was a turning point that led me to question how I wanted to live and lead.
The loss of my oldest son in a tragic accident was a turning point that forced me to see life from a completely new perspective. In the years that followed, I stepped back from the corporate world to grieve, to heal, and to reconnect with my body, my feelings, and my intuition. Over more than a decade, I tried many paths and practices, slowly transforming grief and fear into strength and wisdom. That long journey has shaped who I am today—and what I bring now comes as a natural expression of simply being me
