The Playground is a unique opportunity for you, as a facilitator, leader, or practitioner, to explore the edges of your calling. It’s an invitation for you to step beyond your familiar ways of working and into a space where creativity, intuition, and bold ideas can take root.

This is not about refining existing methods—it’s about listening deeply to your soul’s whispers and daring to follow them into uncharted territory. It’s your chance to bring forth ideas or modalities that feel aligned with your highest purpose, allowing them to unfold in a supportive and caring space.

Whether you’re feeling the pull to hold space in a new way, experiment with something you’ve never tried before, or step into a bigger version of yourself as a facilitator, the Playground provides the environment, the structure, and the guidance you need to take that leap.

How it works

Intention Setting

Together, we will define the intention for your workshop and create an invitation for your exploration event. This planning process may involve a few online meetings if we’re far apart, ensuring everything is aligned with your vision.

Crafting the Invitation

We’ll collaboratively craft an engaging invitation for your exploration and send it out to potential participants, ensuring it reaches them at least a couple of weeks before the event.

Arrival and Setup

You’ll arrive at the Homecoming Space the day before the participants (typically a Monday) to prepare, settle in, and align with me on the structure and flow of the event.

The Exploration

The exploration itself runs for 1-2 days, with flexible scheduling options such as:

- Tuesday to Wednesday
- Wednesday to Thursday
- Tuesday to Thursday

This is your chance to step into a deeply creative and emergent space, working with a small group of 3-5 participants to test your ideas.

Post-Event Reflection

On the day after the event, we’ll spend a reflective couple of hours together to harvest insights and consolidate your learnings from the experience. This time is dedicated to refining your work and preparing for the next steps.
